Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Application Maintenance/Production Support Engineer (L3) to support and maintain the Silverlake Deposits platform. The role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and deployment automation on AS400/DB2, using RPG programming. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in L3 support, DevOps, and ALDON for software deployment automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for Silverlake Deposits, ensuring system stability and uptime.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CASA and Time Deposits.
Perform system maintenance, enhancements, and fixes using RPG on AS400.
Manage deployments and automation using ALDON and DevOps tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and improvements.
Ensure adherence to banking compliance and security policies.
