Job Description LEARNING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT LEAD [DOMESTIC & AIOCM]• The Learning and Leadership Development Lead will have a full spectrum of responsibilities to ensure an effective, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all learners pre-learning, during and after the learning intervention.• This role reporting directly to the Learning and Leadership Development Country Lead will support the design, delivery, and improvement of learning intervention across Domestic business and Accenture Intelligent Operations Centre Malaysia.• This role will partner and collaborate with the regional Learning Delivery Operations team for delivery support, global learning SMA for new learning content and programmes and local HR partners and business stakeholders to be able to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right target audience.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Stakeholder Management [Approximately 40% of the time]a. Lead communication channels with business leads and employees.i. Single source of truth on all Learning initiatives and strategies globally, regionally and at country-level.b. Consult business leads with learning solutions.i. Learning advisory and consultant for learning solutions to business problemsc. Collaborate with HR and business leads for strategic people initiatives.i. Learning representative at Domestic and AIOCM initiatives with the business and/or HR team2. Programme Management [Approximately 20% of the time]a. Lead targeted development programmes for senior and middle management leadership development programmes. Some of the tasks include:i. Co-facilitate where required for Accenture-specific content.ii. Liaise with the Learning Delivery Operations team for delivery support.iii. Participant enrolment, communications, and engagement throughout the programmeiv. Technical support during programmesv. Leadership survey administration and report compilationvi. Post-workshop evaluations and analysis3. Programme Advisor [Approximately 10% of the time]b. Oversee self-enrolled calendar programmes open to all employees. Some of the tasks include:i. Ensures smooth collaboration between the Learning Delivery Operations team for delivery support, workplace and DCSO for logistics requirements and internal and external faculty.ii. Leads post-workshop evaluations and analysis to ensure programs remain relevant and have an impact.iii. Manages relationships with external training providers and funds disbursement of HRDC contributions.3. Reporting and Analysis [Approximately 10% of the time]a. Oversee completion report of all learning activities for Compliance and non-compliance-related trainingb. Oversee training utilisation report of all budget training activities.i. Analyse monthly Planned vs Actual utilisationii. Provide insights and improvement to improve cost recovery4. Process Improvement [Approximately 10% of the time]a. Manage process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of experience and effectiveness for the following areas:i. New Joiner Experienceii. Pre-workshop communications and engagements for self-enrolled calendar programmes5. People Initiatives [Approximately 10% of the time]a. Participate and collaborate across HR functions on people initiatives related to culture, engagement, career development and learningMETRICS• Stakeholder Satisfaction evaluation• Participant Experience evaluation• Accuracy and Timeliness
