Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Mainframe Developer with hands-on experience in Cardlink development and delivery. The role involves working in the banking sector environment, developing and supporting applications using COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL on Mainframe z/OS.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of card services projects while adhering to SDLC processes and change management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Mainframe-based card applications (Cardlink).

• Work with COBOL/CICS, Easytrieve, JCL, VSAM, and Sequential Datasets for application development and testing.

• Support Service Delivery QA activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Perform analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and debugging for assigned projects.

• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with requirements.

• Ensure compliance with SDLC process, change management, and banking sector standards.

• Provide technical support for issue resolution and defect fixes during QA and production phases
