Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mainframe Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in the Cards domain, focusing on Application Development Management. The candidate will work on the Cardlink platform, contributing to the development, maintenance, and support of core card-processing systems. This is a junior-level role requiring hands-on experience with mainframe technologies, particularly COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development
Design, code, test, and implement enhancements using Mainframe COBOL, CICS, and Easytrieve.
Manage No database, VSAM and sequential datasets as per requirements.

2. System Maintenance & Support
Perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production stability.
Provide on-call support for critical incidents.

3. Documentation & Collaboration
Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance.
Work with QA and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years in Mainframe application development.

Technical Proficiency:
o Mainframe COBOL
o CICS
o Easytrieve
o JCL
o Familiarity with No database, VSAM and sequential datasets

Operating System: Mainframe ZOS
Other Requirements: As long as candidates know Mainframe & COBOL
