Job Description #LI-GMSN321 WO#2 CardsJob Title: Mainframe Developer (Service Delivery QA)Domain: CardsSub-Domain: Service Delivery QAYears of Experience: L2 (3-5 Years)Location: Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are looking for a Junior Mainframe Developer with 3-5 years of experience to support our Cards Service Delivery QA team. The role involves development, deployment support, and monitoring of batch processes in a Mainframe environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, and CICS, and preferably exposure to banking projects, especially in the Cards domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and CICS.Work with VSAM and sequential datasets for batch and online processing.Provide deployment support, including package preparation and implementation in Mainframe ZOS environments.Monitor and support batch runs, troubleshoot job failures, and perform root cause analysis.Collaborate with QA and functional teams to ensure quality deliverables in Cards projects.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and documentation.Provide support for web services integration and REST API testing (nice to have).
