Apply now and be part of a team that’s bold, future-focused, and committed to delivering high performance.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional needs.Analyze end-to-end finance business processes, data, workflows, and systems, identify control gaps, inefficiencies, opportunities and best practice for finance function (including automation or digital enhancement for finance operations, and enterprise resource planning and enterprise performance management)Create strategies and blueprints that leverage technologies to improve operations and refine processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)Deliver target operating models (TOMs) and process reengineering solutions for finance functionsEvaluate organization’s financial performance/profitability and develop business casePerform finance maturity assessment and benchmarking for finance practiceSupport CFOs in defining and modeling the key drivers of current and future enterprise valueStay abreast of current regulations (IFRS, MFRS, IRBM etc.), trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystemDrive and embed change for client’s finance practiceBuild meaningful relationships and support in ideation of opportunities
