Our Financial Services team partners with leading institutions to drive large-scale transformation across Capital Markets and Wealth Management.

The Opportunity

We are seeking high-performing professionals across Analyst, Consultant and Manager levels to join our Financial Services practice in Malaysia, focused on Capital Markets and Wealth Management.

You will work with leading banks, investment firms and wealth platforms to transform front-, middle- and back-office functions—enhancing client and advisor experience, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening regulatory and risk capabilities.

This role offers exposure to regional and global transformation programs, combining strategy, operating model design and implementation delivery.

Key Responsibilities (Scope and accountability will vary by level)

Across Levels

• Support or deliver strategic and operational transformation initiatives within Capital Markets and Wealth Management

• Assess current-state operating models, processes and technology landscapes

• Identify improvement opportunities across client lifecycle, advisory, trading, operations and compliance functions

• Develop structured recommendations aligned to client business priorities

• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives including automation, data enablement, AI-driven insights and platform modernization

• Prepare executive-ready deliverables including business cases, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans

• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to provide forward-looking insights

Management Consulting Analyst (1–3 Years Experience)

• Conduct business analysis, process mapping and data-driven assessments

• Support project workstreams and solution design activities

• Develop client-ready documentation, presentations and reports

• Assist in implementation, testing and change management activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders under guidance from senior team members

Management Consultant (3–7 Years Experience)

• Lead specific workstreams within transformation programs

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Translate business requirements into structured, implementable solutions

• Support end-to-end delivery from diagnostic through implementation

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and mentor junior team members

Management Consulting Manager (8+ and above Years Experience)

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from discovery and solutioning through implementation and change management

• Define target operating models and transformation roadmaps

• Manage senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams ensuring quality, timelines and measurable outcomes

• Support business development efforts including proposals, solution shaping and client presentations
