Job Description Job Summary:To bring Utility industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Utilities industry to deliver business value. Deliver data-driven strategies to transform client’s business operations or business model with a target to optimize strategic, financial, and operational goals.Good to have knowledge around new business model in energy retail, clean energy technologies and regulatory standardsKey Responsibilities:Understand client needs and design, implement, support business processes with focus on out-of-the-box solutions.Support in proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts.Engage in producing high-impact reports, points of view, developing market relevant assets and accelerators.Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc.Guides less experienced team members in delivering solutions.Lead efforts towards building go-to-market/ off the shelf /point solutions and process methodologies for reuse.Role Description:Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)Commercial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesExperience in projects encompassing performance management project management and reporting.Strong analytical and critical thinking acumen and manage end to end delivery for a projectAbility to perform in a fluid changing environment consulting with minimal supervisionDemonstrated strength in data analysis using BI tools viz Power BI Tableau and MS Excel is desiredInstitutionalization of knowledge gained from above work streams creating artefacts such as presentations case studies and reports to be published internally externallyCandidate should have strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills.
