We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Strategy & Consulting – Financial Services practice, focusing on Capital Markets and Wealth Management. Delivering strategic and operational transformation projects across Capital Markets and Wealth Management.
Oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, from discovery and solutioning through implementation and change management, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client goals.
Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on key business challenges and transformation initiatives.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes learning, innovation, and personal development.
Assess current-state client operations across front-, middle-, and back-office functions and design targeted recommendations for improvement.
Drive digital transformation efforts by introducing innovative tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to deliver forward-looking insights and strategies.
