The Work
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Strategy & Consulting – Financial Services practice, focusing on Insurance transformation initiatives across Life, P&C (Property & Casualty), Health, and Group Benefits. If you are passionate about modernizing insurance carriers, enhancing policyholder and agent experiences, and driving operational excellence across the value chain—this is your opportunity to shape the future of the industry.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver insurance transformation programs across underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution, actuarial, and customer service.
Oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, from current-state assessment and roadmap design to implementation, testing, and change management.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing insights on regulatory changes, emerging risks, modernization opportunities, and operational improvements.
Coach and mentor junior team members, creating a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
Conduct assessments across front-, middle-, and back-office insurance functions, identifying pain points and recommending actionable solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve policyholder experience.
Drive core system modernization (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Life/Annuity platforms, Health admin systems), cloud migration initiatives, automation, and analytics-based enhancements.
Monitor market, InsurTech, and regulatory trends to inform strategic recommendations and ensure clients remain competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
