Job Title: Junior Murex Developer (MxML Interface)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Murex Developer to join our Global Markets team, specifically within the MxML Interface sub-domain. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with Murex, particularly focused on MxML (Murex XML) development. The role requires familiarity with SQL Server 2012 and the Windows 2012 operating system. As a Murex Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of MxML interfaces for financial markets applications, ensuring efficient and accurate data integration and processing within the Murex platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• MxML Interface Development: Develop and maintain Murex MxML workflows and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration of data and processes between Murex and other systems.

• Customization & Configuration: Implement and customize MxML interfaces according to business requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting of MxML interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing MxML interfaces, identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including business analysts, testers, and system administrators, to ensure smooth implementation of Murex solutions and interfaces.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all MxML development and interface changes, ensuring clarity for future reference and audits.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Murex MxML Development: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Murex MxML development, focusing on interface design and implementation.

• SQL Server 2012: Proficiency in working with SQL Server 2012 for database management and querying related to Murex data integration.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and Murex's data models and workflows.

• Operating System: Experience working with Windows Server 2012 in a production environment.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues within Murex interfaces, ensuring quick resolution of technical challenges.
