Visit us at www.accenture.com Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases using JMeter, LoadRunner, and other performance testing tools.Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize application performance.Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to understand application requirements and performance criteria.Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency.Mentor and guide junior performance testers, providing training and support as needed.Monitor system performance and conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to validate application behavior under various conditions.Document performance testing processes, test results, and performance reports, and present findings to stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing.
