Job Description
We are seeking a Senior-Level Solution Architect to drive the shaping, solutioning and delivery of the Digital HR Implementation project.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and implementing effective workforce solutions using your Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR expertise.
Analyze client needs, design solutions, and collaborate with project teams for success.
Work with client stakeholders to drive shaping of the Digital HR requirements and solution to address client business challenges
Craft customized workforce solutions leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR based on client requirements.
Craft customized workforce solutions leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR based on client requirements.
Develop comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs specific to workforce projects.
Collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Over 10 years of experience on Oracle solutions.
Has 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is preferred.
Relevant certifications in Oracle.
Proficiency in configuring, implementing, customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to meet business requirements.
