Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES:Process customer account creation and amendmentProcess A/R billings, customer invoicing and adjustmentsUnderstands the end-to-end process of billing and customer invoicingUnderstand and perform Accounts Receivable supervisory role if and when neededProvides required business unit reporting and other required information, when neededTrack and reconcile daily/monthly volumes and metricsEnsure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface)Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.Participate in analysis and brainstorming sessions deriving actionable data from quality insightsAct as a subject matter expert of billing and customers invoicing
