This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a variety of organizations, ranging from startups to established enterprises, while expanding your professional skills and knowledge in the management consulting field.Job Responsibilities: Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Intelligence & Insights Org Science Consulting Manager in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:Conduct in-depth organizational assessments to identify areas for improvementAnalyze organizational data to derive actionable insights and strategiesDevelop metrics and performance indicators to track progress and measure success.Design framework for organizational concepts, statistically validated questionnaires and other forms of assessmentProcessing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysisBuild out data mockups to test the prescriptive analytics hypothesisLinking analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related conceptsPrepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and strategiesCollaborate with clients to design and implement effective change management or talent initiativesStay updated on industry trends/best practices and contribute to innovation, new product development or thought leadership in the people and organization analytics space
