Job Description

• Lead and coordinate change requests activities including reviewing scope, analyse change impact (update to documentation/existing process), determine testing scope and coordinate UAT/SRT and debrief team prior to go live/move to production
• Engage with client stakeholder groups and HRSS in joint reviews when addressing process gaps and impacted documentation updates
• Responsible to manage Knowledge Management & Access Management queues and meeting case management SLAs
• Responsible to create/maintain and publish HRSS knowledge articles for HRSS
• Engage with client stakeholder groups, HRSS and vendors for process improvements initiatives and relevant downstream readiness activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree graduate in any field.
• At least 3 years work experience in the Human Resource, Business Analyst or Project Management. Experience in shared services or human resources will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in HR Domain especially Workday HCM is a must. Service Now Knowledge/Experience is a plus

• Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin is a must.

• Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills is a requirement.
• Good understanding of a business process being analysed and how it affects the various business units. Workday knowledge and transactions processing are a requirement.
• Multi-tasking skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep up with project scope changes while meeting timelines is important.
• Experience in process improvement or Gen AI implementation.
• Good presentation skills, and ability to communicate with various audiences, including end users, managers, and project stakeholder groups.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy and focused on high data accuracy.
• Quick learner who is easily able to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies. Important to be pro-active and take change/ownership in tasks assigned.
• Must be MS Office competent in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
