• Collaborate with global quality teams, QPI, and delivery leadership teams to define learning requirements

• Assess knowledge and quality methodologies and processes for the delivery organization

• Educate and socialize processes throughout the organization

• Audit processes to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Manage all quality activities and become an expert in specific areas of methodology, process, and tools

Job Requirements

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with quality assurance methodologies
