Job Description OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOBDaily supervision on RTR operation process, including IC, reconciliation, analysis and reporting, etc.Review of analyst journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Facilitate the operational Change Request (CR) process;Act as a clear escalation route to the client for service related issues and facilitate resolution of issuesInitiate and own continuous improvement projects within area of his/her responsibilitiesEnsure compliance of the dedicated unit to Accenture policies and procedures applicable for the dedicated unitResponsible for the management of the month end closing process, including posting of month end journals, preparation of inter-company cross charges, ensuring accurate, transparent and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly results.Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in accordance with the timelines.Control of the period end close for the entities ensuring compliance with the agreed closing checklist.Provide explanation for significant & unusual variance between estimated & actual profit & loss figures on quarterly basis.Work with regional shared services leadership to build out the RTR team to increase depth and reach of activities performed in shared services.Provide oversight and input on the ERP standardizations and initiative-specific technology enhancements to maximize productivity and further global standardization.Involved in continues improvement activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the RTR process.To ensure clear communication of accounting issues identified and make sure these issues are tracked, resolved promptly and processes improved to prevent recurrence of the issue.Support all new ERP & support system implementations ensuring these are configured, tested and rolled seamlessly without impact on control, timelines or accuracy.Provide resiliency to the team by acting as a backup when necessary.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcess all general ledger journals, both those supplied by client and those created in the SSC; understand and understand/challenge before inputLiaison with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and update GL Manager on progress at regular intervals during the monthLiaise with country Finance team on GL issuesAssist the GL Manager on all reporting issues.1. Operation ExcellenceSound Operations management experience (including SLA management);Client interaction skillEnsuring quality assuranceUnderstand the customer and internal performance requirements of the processes delivered by the delivery location (as documented in the relevant process SIPOC)Understand process input and output requirements and take continuous and pro-active steps to monitor and control them as appropriate to meet performance and customer requirementsEnsure high degree of compliance to the documented processes delivered such as adhering to the defined Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Local Work Instructions (LWIs) as appropriate2. Problem SolvingExperience in managing unstructured problemsProactive in solving issues and clearing balance sheet open items.3. Project ManagementAttendance to meeting and reviews based on defined MOS system;Facilitate on the hiring, development, coaching and training.People developer, build up team succession and keep the delivery continuously;Client communication, build up the relation and expectation management;Innovation at work, and focus on client value creation;Take ownership
