Job Description Key Responsibilities:Temenos experience, including modules, methodology (TIM), relevant project exposure, and official certifications. Prior experience of working on consulting projects is required. An ideal candidate would have contributed to Temenos T24 projects.Knowledge of the complete value chain within a specific business domain is a strong asset and should be highlightedHands-on experience with core banking platforms (especially Temenos); familiarity with Avaloq, Finacle, Flexcube, or proprietary systems is a plusParticipation in core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projectsExperience conducting gap analyses and impact assessmentsFamiliar with both Agile (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologiesExperience documenting controls and aligning solutions with compliance and regulatory requirementsBasic technical understanding of data models, APIs, and system integrationStrong stakeholder management and communication capabilitiesProven ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsExperience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operational staffFamiliarity with test case creation, test coordination, and defect managementExperience with data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support is a plus
