Job Description Talent & Organization HR Transformation Consulting Manager roleAs a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional, you’ll help clients across a variety of industries in the areas of Learning Design and Development, Change Management and HR Transformation. You’ll use your expertise to develop exciting new learning strategies and solutions. You’ll help clients manage organizational change and smooth the transition process. Essentially, you’ll be part of the team that is creating the workforce of the future! Job ResponsibilitiesManage complex HR Transformation Programs and leading a team to design, develop & implement new employee experience, HR Operating Model & Solutions.Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term successAnalyze and design best-in-class HR operating models according to client needsUnderstand analysis of the as-is and to-be HR processesDesign new HR business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetingsImplement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processesDefine future state digital HR ecosystems of technologies (HCM/Experience platforms and best-of-breed/AI solutions) with the associated roadmapSupport clients in selecting fit-for-purpose HR technology solutions that align with their HR/Talent strategyBring functional expertise and market insights to clients in specific domains (e.g. talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, learning, etc.)Help deliver Digital HR Transformation programs, supporting the design and deploying of an integrated digital core (with HCM/Experience platform solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow)Manage and execute a program plan using planning, communication and training skills
