Roles & Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Industry X group in the Malaysia with focus on Intelligent Asset Management (IAM). We partner with our clients to build platform-based business and operating models, helping to navigate the shift to a sustainable business and accelerate time to revenue. We architect, design, develop, and build solutions, hardware, and scalable business in this space. We help our clients transform their organizations to innovate and digitize businesses to optimize the return on investment to ensure long-term sustainability. Support in AM transformation programs to drive value-added activities and transformation for our clients Collaborate and co-create with clients Play an active role in building the AM practice under the guidance of the leadership team Proactive attitude to further develop yourself and team members by knowledge creation and sharing on the topic of AM Collaborate with other key capabilities where relevant such as Industry Groups, Applied Intelligence and Supply Chain & Operations Deliver & support business process innovation workshops and inspire others by developing and showcasing various Industry X technologies, capabilities, and offerings Produce attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients’ businesses Plan, design, and build complex digital road maps Combine an understanding of the business and tech side of industrial software with your working knowledge of development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation Develop architectures, estimates, staffing, and implementation plans, evaluating the pros and cons of different approaches Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation Develop architectures, estimates, staffing, and implementation plans, evaluating the pros and cons of different approaches
