The Practice – A Brief Sketch Marketing Transformation enables a tech-powered human-centric way of approaching marketing – be it through customer profiling, customer value management, or hyper personalization – in order to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services that help our clients solve fundamental business needs: customer relevance and growth. Your task will be as follows: Plan, develop, and launch digital media strategies and campaigns: Translate your clients’ campaign briefs and campaign objectives to digital media strategies and launch these campaigns across various platforms, including setting bids, managing budgets, and pacing as required by the campaign. Ideate and implement personalized digital media creative executions: Assist in the set up of audience segments and targeting parameters, coordinate with the creative team in the ideation of assets for these segments, and ensure that these assets meet the campaign requirements and guidelines. Monitor and optimize digital media plans and placements: Monitor your media placements’ daily performance metrics, identify potential issues and anomalies for reporting to senior management and key stakeholders, make recommendations for improvement or remediation, and implement optimization tactics like adjusting bids and creatives based on what the data is showing. Coordinate with key stakeholders and partners: Communicate with clients and key business decision makers to gather business requirements and understand their needs and communicate with external partners and third party vendors in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the campaign – with issue escalations whenever necessary in the completion of the effort. Conduct vendor audits and assessments: Lead customer experience assessment, marketing and advertising process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies to ensure proper fitment to your clients’ business requirements. Contribute to the total S&C business: Support business development and thought leadership in the campaign management and digital advertising space. Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, call out potential issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively. Expertise in using programmatic advertising platforms, such as demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and data management platforms (DMPs), with willingness to learn new platform as required, and; Expertise in using Google Platforms such as Google Ads and Google Shoppable Ads and Meta to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions. understanding in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns. Skilled in leveraging advanced features like audience targeting, automated bidding strategies, and performance tracking to maximize campaign effectiveness. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and successful campaign implementation. Develop business cases for marketing use cases and solutions: Gather business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions Knowledge of building and leveraging audience segments using first-party, second-party, and third-party data. Familiarity with measuring campaign success through KPIs such as Viewability, Reach & Frequency, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPA, and attribution models. Read about us Blogs
