Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:Media Buying Strategy, Optimization & Performance Management Govern the planning, allocation, and optimization of media investments across digital and traditional channels. Ensure all media strategies align with overarching business and marketing objectives. Continuously refine media strategies to maximize performance across campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with clients to ensure marketing investments deliver maximum impact against defined KPIs. Act as a strategic liaison, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and effective execution across stakeholders. Data Analytics & Insights Ability to interpret data, identify trends, call out potential issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively. Deliver end-to-end analysis, reporting, investigations, and deep dives to generate marketing and commercial insights across new product launches, devices, and channels (Paid, Loyalty, Organic). Assess marketing spend efficiency and its impact on ROI. Link campaign performance directly to top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. Process Optimization Designed and implemented process improvements to streamline reporting: Reduced weekly deadlines from >10 to 3, improving efficiency and focus. Enhanced data investigation cadence from monthly to bi-weekly, expanding scope across multiple channels.
