Job Description Responsibilities:As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. You will provide both functional and technical expertise to ensure that applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.Lead the planning, analysis, definition, and delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for Salesforce applications.Facilitate impact assessments and contribute to producing and reviewing accurate estimates for client work requests.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance to development teams and ensuring best practices are followed.Manage and mentor team members, taking accountability for team decisions and outcomes.Collaborate and engage with multiple teams, contributing to key architectural and strategic decisions across business and IT functions.Provide innovative solutions to complex problems, both within the immediate team and across cross-functional teams.Drive the development and implementation of strategies for application design and build enablement, ensuring technical excellence and sustainability.Lead the team in establishing efficient configuration and release management processes, improving deployment reliability and efficiency.Promote and enforce best practices for build management and release processes, including automation, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
