Job Description #LI-GMJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations, and must be able to work in a collaborative environment with analysts, admins, and other developers.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes.Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and external data sources.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and ensure code quality, reusability, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, performance, and data integrity.Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and enhancements.Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments.Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively identify areas of improvement or optimization.
