Job Description Job Description:Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project delivery using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. You will play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices.Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.Identify and remove impediments to team progress.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Support the use of Waterfall where appropriate and manage hybrid delivery models if needed.Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.Foster a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement culture.
