The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ETL and Data Warehousing within a banking and finance environment, coupled with solid knowledge in general ledger (GL), MAS, GST, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence.This role requires hands-on proficiency in SQL, Shell Scripting, Informatica, and Unix/Linux, and the ability to operate in a high availability 24x7 support environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 support for ETL and Finance Data Warehouse platforms across AM, PB, and enterprise banking systems.Analyze and resolve complex incidents and data issues in production systems involving GL, MAS, GST, and regulatory reporting.Monitor batch processes and troubleshoot failures using tools like Control-M and Informatica.Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.Work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support data and reporting environments.Support and maintain SQL scripts, shell scripts, and ETL jobs.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial and regulatory reports.Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical system support.
