The role requires strong expertise in middleware and database troubleshooting, automation, and environment stability to ensure seamless banking operations. The candidate should be experienced in SSL certificate management and environment support for critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end environment support for Retail Banking applications across Windows and Unix platforms.Perform middleware administration, troubleshooting, and support on Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic, and IIS.Manage and troubleshoot databases including Oracle DB, SQL DB, and MariaDB.Develop and maintain automation scripts for environment monitoring, deployment, and housekeeping.Perform SSL certificate deployment, renewal, and management across environments.Troubleshoot issues related to OS, middleware, databases, and integrations.Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure environment stability and availability.Document environment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Support incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
