The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Database, a strong understanding of financial message formats such as MTxxx and ISO20022, and be familiar with audit and security best practices. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 3 support for SWIFT applications (AMH/AMG/SAG) in a 24/7 mission-critical financial environment. Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and environment management for production systems. Ensure compliance with security policies including encryption, two-factor/multi-factor authentication, and audit readiness. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure smooth operations and deployments. Monitor system performance and support disaster recovery procedures as required. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
