Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Linux / Middleware Engineer to join the Service Build Engineering (SBE - Build) team under the GIPS domain. The role focuses on infrastructure build, middleware deployment, and platform engineering across enterprise-grade environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Linux systems, middleware platforms, and database integrations, while also being capable of supporting infrastructure project delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, configure, and maintain enterprise Linux environments (RHEL/Unix).

• Install, configure, and support middleware platforms including JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka.

• Perform system build, patching, performance tuning, and environment hardening.

• Support database connectivity and integration with Oracle and MySQL.

• Develop and maintain shell scripts (Unix) and SQL scripts for automation and operational support.

• Manage deployment activities across development, UAT, and production environments.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, middleware, and system-related issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with application, network, database, and security teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Participate in infrastructure build projects and support project management activities where required.

• Prepare technical documentation, build guides, and operational runbooks.
