SN105 WO#1 CardsJob Title: Senior System Analyst - Mainframe / CardlinkDomain: CardsSub-Domain: System AnalystYears of Experience: L3 (6-9 Years)Location: Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst with strong expertise in Mainframe-based Cardlink systems, to support our Cards Technology initiatives. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and supporting end-to-end delivery for card processing systems, with a focus on Unsecured Loans. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, JCL, Easytrieve, and No Database/VSAM/sequential data handling on Mainframe z/OS.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document business and system requirements for Cardlink systems, especially in the context of Unsecured Loan processing.Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and design documents.Develop, modify, and maintain programs using Mainframe Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.Work with No Database/VSAM and Sequential datasets to support batch and online systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.Perform system integration, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide production support.Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues within SLAs.Maintain system documentation, technical design specs, and operational guides.Ensure solutions comply with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
