Job Description We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with strong expertise in one or more leading EAM platforms such as SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting EAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.Configure and customize the EAM platform based on business processes and industry best practices.Develop and test integrations, reports, and other system components (RICEFW or equivalent for other tools).Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the EAM domain.
