Global Network Supply Chain & Operations practice overview:

The Supply Chain & Operations practice under Global Network drives initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of supply chain operations with focus on Planning and Fulfilment. This specific role will be under the Fulfilment practice which has various service offerings as follows:

•       Inventory Planning and Optimization

•       Network Design

•       Fulfillment Transformation

•       Transport Management

•       Logistics Procurement & Analytics

•       Warehouse Management

•       Fulfilment System Implementation

•       Retail & Omnichannel Fulfilment

This role specifically is to recruit candidates with experience in Fulfilment Network Design. The job description is as per below:  

Key Requirements :

•       Design solutions that solve the challenges faced by the client.

•       Lead a project team to run workshops for analyzing client requirements.

•       Involve in the Project Management for the digital solution implementations.

•       Involve in proposal preparations.

•       Train and develop new team members.  

•       Upskill and re-skill depending on the Practice needs.

•       Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (selling or delivering) successful transformation and innovation agenda. 

•       Other additional roles aligned to Practice needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

•       Degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Business Administration/Software Engineering.

•       Minimum 6+ years in a Top tier Consulting firm or in a Supply Chain Function in Consumer Goods/ Retail / Automotive/ Manufacturing / Oil & Gas industry

•       Demonstrated experience in Consulting and/or leading mid-large sized teams on large scale digital solution implementation programs. 

•       Experience in designing effective fulfilment networks for distribution centers, warehouses, and factories IS A MUST.

•       It will be an added advantage if:

o   The candidate has experience using digital solutions such as Coupa Llamasoft, Riverlogic or any equivalent software.

o   The candidate has additional functional experience such as Demand Planning, Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management with relevant digital solutions.

o   The candidate has a Master’s in Business Administration .
