The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements, working closely with RPA developers and business stakeholders to deliver efficient automation solutions using tools like Blue Prism. This role demands strong analytical skills and a good understanding of system workflows and documentation standards.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Translate requirements into BRD (Business Requirement Document), PDD (Process Design Document), and FSD (Functional Specification Document).Collaborate with RPA Developers to ensure clarity of requirements and feasibility of automation solutions.Support solution design and perform system analysis for RPA workflows.Participate in UAT and support test planning and execution.Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to users and support teams.Continuously liaise with business teams for feedback and improvement opportunities.
