The candidate will work across RHEL, middleware platforms (JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka), and database environments, ensuring smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with best practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and middleware projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.Act as the primary technical delivery liaison between infrastructure teams, application teams, and business stakeholders.Oversee implementation and upgrades of RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka, and associated systems.Ensure proper integration and support for databases including Oracle and MySQL.Drive adherence to infrastructure build standards and project governance frameworks.Coordinate Unix/Linux system administration activities for project delivery.Track project progress, risks, and issues; ensure timely escalation and resolution.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members within SBE.Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are consistently maintained.
