This role requires hands-on leadership, deep technical understanding of digital banking platforms, and strong delivery management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 2 agile squads (15-20 resources) and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple agile teams delivering digital retail banking features and enhancements.Drive delivery planning, sprint execution, resource allocation, and performance tracking.Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage backlogs, track progress, and maintain documentation.Ensure high-quality deliverables through proactive project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance practices.Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and delivery metrics to senior stakeholders.Promote Agile best practices including Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery flow.Maintain a delivery-focused culture and continuous improvement mindset within teams.Support DevOps integration and CI/CD adoption where applicable.
