Job Description #LI-GMSN735 WO#4 Digital BankingJob Role: Senior Technical Delivery Manager (DBB Boatsize)Domain: Digital BankingSub-Domain: GWB (Global Wholesale Banking)Experience Level: Senior L3 (6-9 Years)Location: Kuala LumpurJob Summary:We are looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery initiatives in the Digital Banking - Global Wholesale Banking (GWB) space. The role requires managing two squads (>15 members), ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of digital banking products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams using Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple Agile squads (15+ resources) focused on digital transformation in the GWB domain.Drive project planning, execution, and risk management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital banking solutions.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Align squads to roadmap goals and track progress using JIRA and Confluence (optional but preferred).Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and DevOps teams to streamline delivery.Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Ensure best practices in CI/CD, testing automation, and DevOps (good-to-have).Provide delivery performance reports and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Mandatory Skills & Experience::6-9 years of experience in technical delivery management, preferably in the Digital Banking or Financial Services sector.Proven ability to lead 2+ agile squads (>15 engineers) across distributed teams.Solid understanding of Agile practices, sprint metrics, backlog prioritization, and team velocity.Experience working in Unix-based environments: HPUX, Linux, Solaris.Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and enterprise-scale application delivery.Good-to-Have Technical Skills:Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring, Spring Batch, JavaScript, XML, SQL, CSSFrontend: React.js, JSPMiddleware/Integration: Camel (CXF), WebLogic PortalCMS Platforms: AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSiteDevOps & Automation: CI/CD tools, Unix shell scripting, deployment automationFull Stack Development experience is a plus
