The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end technology delivery, ensuring successful execution of ETL projects, and working closely with stakeholders to meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.This role requires both technical leadership and project delivery management, with strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments and Oracle databases.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the H2H sub-domain.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ETL solutions using Informatica Power Centre.Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Drive performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes to handle large data volumes efficiently.Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle.Provide guidance and mentoring to development teams, ensuring best practices in ETL design and coding.Ensure infrastructure readiness and smooth integration with Oracle Database (12c / 19c).Maintain compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.Prepare and present progress updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
