We are looking for individuals who can:Develop Innovative Technology Solutions: Craft cutting-edge solutions and value-adding propositions, taking these to market to drive significant client impact.Expertise in IT and Digital Trends: Possess a robust understanding of technology trends across IT, digital, and IT Operating Models, applying this knowledge to solve real-world business challenges and seize new opportunities.Thought Leadership: Generate high-impact insights that showcase a visionary view of the market, influencing industry standards and practices.Analytical and Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrate a proven ability to creatively and analytically tackle issues within a problem-solving environment, bolstered by strong consulting skills.Collaborative Teamwork: Exhibit a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with both clients and colleagues to achieve business goals.Lead Pilot Implementations: Guide initial proof of concept and pilot implementations, crafting plans to scale these solutions across multiple technology domains.Business Acumen: Understand and strategically apply business value drivers to shape the scope and approach of engagements.Effective Communication: Masterfully convey complex ideas, tailoring your communication style to suit different audiences and social styles.Application of Technology Trends: Apply a deep understanding of emerging technology trends to develop solutions that address real-world problems and create business opportunities.Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to articulate complex technology and business concepts to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.You should have prior experience in one or more of the following areas:Technology Stack Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of the technology stack, from infrastructure to applications and business logic.Architectural Proficiencies: Experience with Business, Application, Security, Microservices, SOA, and API architectures.Emerging Technologies: A strong grasp of and passion for major technologies from legacy to emerging, such as IoT, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, and Collaboration.Enterprise Architecture Tools: Proficiency in using Enterprise Architecture tools such as Troux, Mega, Alfabet, Archimate, etc.Cloud-Based Solutions: Experience in designing or building end-to-end cloud-based business solutions is highly desirable.Project Delivery Lifecycle: Practical experience in managing the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.Governance and Process Design: Skills in designing governance frameworks or processes.IT Operating Model and Transformation: Expertise in IT process excellence, operating model design, and transformation.Technology Lifecycle Management: Experience in lifecycle management of technology portfolios.Industry Frameworks: Exposure to industry frameworks like TOGAF, DODAF is desirable but not essential.Industry Experience: Practical industry expertise across sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining, and Resources is of interest. However, experience in equivalent domains is also highly valued.
