Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Testing Lead to join our team and take ownership of test management, process optimization, and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in test management and a proven track record in driving excellence in testing practices. As a Testing Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Management:

  • Lead the planning, design, execution, and management of test strategies and plans for projects of varying complexity.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution processes to meet quality standards.

• Testing Processes and Quality Improvement:

  • Implement and optimize testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to identify quality benchmarks and ensure adherence.

• Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide testing team members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Provide direction and support to ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing outcomes.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Communicate test strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines).

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in test management and related testing processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in test management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in testing processes and quality improvement initiatives.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

• Advanced skills in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning.
