Our dedicated analytics teams in Amsterdam and Kuala Lumpur drive comprehensive databases, forecasts, and optimization tools, delivering exceptional customer service and continuous product innovation.As an Associate Manager for Trade & Capacity Analytics, you will lead delivery team in delivering high-value analytics solutions for our air freight and logistics clients. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects, mentor team members, interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders, and contribute to product innovation and operational excellence. This role combines technical depth, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead analytics projects and support multiple client deliverables, ensuring high-quality delivery output and meeting delivery milestonesDirectly manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and senior analystsDrive the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions, models, and dashboards for cargo/trade forecasting and insightsEngage with clients and senior business stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and manage expectationsEnsure data quality, process standardization, and proactive problem solving across analytics workstreamsCollaborate with cross-location teams (Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur) and support continuous product enhancementFoster a culture of learning, innovation, and best practices within the analytics teamContribute to business development, proposal support, and internal capability building
