Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Advanced Compensation module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Advanced Compensation functionalities to enhance compensation planning, bonus, merit, and stock plan administration. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support Workday Advanced Compensation module implementation, configuration and optimization.Provide expert guidance on Workday Advanced Compensation best practices.Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.Configure Workday Advanced Compensation business processes, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock plans, and compensation review statementsConfigure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processesWork closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issuesConduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defectsProvide end-user training and develop documentationStay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiencyServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO
