Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and Support Workday Talent & Performance and Recruiting functionalities to enhance talent acquisition, goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and hiring processes. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams – including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support Workday Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting module implementation, configuration and optimization.Provide expert guidance on Workday Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting best practices.Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.Configure Workday Talent & Performance and Recruiting business processes, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview workflows, goal management, performance reviews, and succession planningConfigure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processesWork closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issuesConduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defectsProvide end-user training and develop documentationStay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiencyServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO
