Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the overall testing strategy for Workday implementation and related integrations.Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and resource allocations across test phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression).Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure test scenarios and cases are created and reviewed appropriately.Support client teams during test execution by providing clear guidance, tracking progress, and managing expectations.Lead the defect triage process, including issue tracking, prioritization, assignment, and resolution follow-up.Communicate testing status, risks, and metrics to project leadership and stakeholders regularly.Ensure all testing activities align with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.Contribute to process improvement and documentation around testing standards and practices.
