Job Description

Job Requirements

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAY TO DAY?

Client/Account Management: 

  • Understand client and agency needs/expectations. 
  • Manage and fulfil contract deliverables, account schedule; ensure account progress from goal and deliverables from conception to completion, including change management. 
  • Provide operational updates and accounts, including compilation of reports and day-to-day operational requests. 
  • Execute in accordance to workflow set out for events, media, influencer and partner liaison 

Events Management:

  • Assist with liaising with suppliers and vendors for venue sourcing, F&B coordination, etc 
  • Assist in preparing event proposal and brief 
  • Assist in general administrative communications and events duties, including door-gifts packing, phone invitation and rsvp (tele-consulting) and data-entry 
  • Participate in events executions 
  • Preparing post-project/campaign reports.

Communication Management:

  • Deliver tasks and communicate clearly to both the internal team and brand/client team, providing the proper materials/documentation where required. 
  • Demonstrate good performance in communication and be able to use the most effective and efficient methods (e.g. team meetings, in-person visits, phone calls, email); 
  • Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus. 
  • Communicate implications to the team and project of changed plans in an effective and timely manner. 
  • Escalate issues appropriately and professionally at all times; demonstrate good judgment during the escalation process.

ABOUT YOU

  • Malaysian and/or married to Malaysian with a relevant spousal visa (we do not sponsor work permits).
  • Minimum Diploma or other relevant qualification 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in an agency or related service business for Events, PR, Marketing or media management 
  • Exposure to luxury/fashion/beauty/health & wellness would be an added advantage 
  • Good communications skills 
  • Able to plan and organise daily work activities 
  • Team player 
  • Excellent work ethics with a can-do attitude
