Job Description
- Managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Supporting online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Assisting in email marketing and promotional campaigns
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Help in enhancing and update the company website and digital profiles
- Designing simple graphics or visuals for marketing materials (using Canva or similar tools)
- Tracking and reporting digital campaign performance and analytics
- Supporting the marketing team in events, product launches, and exhibitions
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia, or related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and technology
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital tools
- Good communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Creative, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
