About you: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Data Scientist to join our internal Data Solutions team within the Global Technology Services group. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and learn as a Data Scientist whilst tackling a wide array of technical problems in a global software organization. You will be part of an expanding global team Please note that this role will require working hours to be shifted approximately 3 days per week to partially align with the UK working hours. • Enthusiastic early career data professional with a keen focus on delivering value. • You are keen to develop and grow your skillset, both technical and non-technical. • Passionate about data and the ever-evolving technology that is used to leverage it. • You value group knowledge sharing and participating in a collaborative learning environment. • You can communicate well with colleagues – both technical and non-technical. • You are eager to engage directly with business partners to identify their challenges and assist in creating innovative technical solutions. Day-to-day, you will: • Develop technical solutions to complex problems across a diverse data estate. These could be leveraging data science techniques, statistical approaches, data melding, or other strategies. • Build your data skillset: technical skills, stakeholder management, project management, etc. • Build an understanding of The Access Group, our products, our business process and our strategy. • Spend time with your stakeholders, forming great relationships with them and becoming a trusted partner. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Develop technical solutions to complex problems across a diverse data estate. These could be leveraging data science techniques, statistical approaches, data melding, or other strategies. • Build your data skillset: technical skills, stakeholder management, project management, etc. • Build an understanding of The Access Group, our products, our business process and our strategy. • Spend time with your stakeholders, forming great relationships with them and becoming a trusted partner.
