About you: As a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA), you bring a meticulous and collaborative approach to ensuring the highest standards for UBS products. Day-to-day, you will: • Plan and Execute QA Testing: Conduct quality assurance testing on all UBS products. • Test Product Deliverables: Ensure deliverables meet requirements, escalate issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to meet deadlines. • Review Support Cases: Manage and review support cases reported through Jira. • Promote Quality: Foster a quality-focused approach within the team, support sprint deliverables through task ownership and risk management. • Innovate QA Processes: Continuously learn and improve QA testing processes within the team. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of payroll, HRMS, accounting, and inventory maintenance processes. • Technical Skills: Ability to code and write scripts. • Learning and Improvement: Eagerness to learn and enhance skills with the team. • Automation Tools: Experience with Test Complete automation tool.
