Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive to analyze, streamline, and automate operational processes across our business units. You will design and implement automation solutions, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document end-to-end operational processes across business units.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows, both online and offline.
- Design, build, and implement automation solutions using Lark, ClickUp, n8n, HubSpot, Zapier, and internal platforms.
- Partner with teams to ensure all automations align with business objectives.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation workflows, ensuring accuracy and uptime.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Analyze automation performance and prepare dashboards/reports illustrating efficiency gains, risk mitigation, and cost savings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
- Develop training and e-learning materials for new or updated processes.
- Build and enhance knowledge management practices to standardize best practices across teams and regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across countries to deliver high-impact projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in process automation, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with automation and process mapping tools.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and scripting/programming languages (Python, SQL).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work within an agile process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise or B2B products is a plus.
- Ability to run lean, effective research and uncover actionable improvements.
Working location: The Ascent, Paradigm PJ.
Working hours: Monday to Friday
