Job Description

Role Description

  • 5 Days Work Week with 2days off 
  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service located in Kuala Lumpur office. 
  • The Customer Service will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining phone etiquette. 
  • You will also play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience. 

Working Location: The Ascent, Paradigm PJ 


Job Requirements

Requirements

- Travel Consultant, Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills

 - Ability to provide excellent phone etiquette

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues

 - Attention to detail and ability to multitask

 - Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus 

 - Willing to work in 24/7 rotation shift basis (including weekends) 

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a requirement as you will be communicating with colleagues/clients based overseas.

- Additional fluency in other languages in a plus
